Germain McConnell “Service to Mississippi” Award
Awarded annually to an MTC alumna or alumnus who stays in K-12 public education in Mississippi (as a teacher or administrator) for at least three years beyond his or her initial MTC service.  The award is selected by a committee comprised of the MTC Director(s), the MTC Program Manager, and a Curriculum and Instruction professor involved with the program.
